Not bad

The manager is actually nice, most management don't care about you. Great job if you're an introvert, you are basically working alone not counting the nurses there. Its easy

Nursing home

Very respectful people and the people that I was taking care of were so very sweet I loved that job. But benifets I didnt have and I would like to. But it all worked out.

Poor work community

Atlantic Shores WAS a pinnacle in the community for SNF. Now it it a poorly managed pit that takes substandard care of residents as well as staff. Another disturbing trend is the frequency of staff injuries. Several employees with broken bone injuries within 6 months is unheard of until now. Atlantic Shores set this bar high folks!

Productive and fast paced environment

Productive and fast paced environment. The most enjoyable part of the job was making med deliveries to each floor of the hospital. It really helped me when I first started to get familiar where everything was in the hospital.

Best company I have worked at

Very great experience working with talented people in navigating billing patients in healthcare. Great leaders and management is dedicated to the progress gained by employees. The culture is results driven and helps you the entire way.

Great experience

In the beginning of my job i did not know anything. They trained me so well that now I can work anywhere. Job is not hard because my training and work experience gave me so much knowledge to work anywhere.

Was fairly happy with this job until they brought in new management

Worked five nights a week enjoyed going to work enjoyed being the night supervisor most of the employees were really good to work with you show them respect they will usually show you respect back.

Horrible management

There's a reason why they cannot keep staff no matter how many times they increase the pay scale. Where there's smoke there's fire. Not even agency will stay there. Horrible place to work.

Productive, overall clean and hard work

Enjoy seeing residents everyday. Covid has pushed people towards burnout even more so due to the negativity and sadness that comes with it. It’s not about the money, it’s about the care being provided. Sometimes the good people are pushed out while others who shouldn’t work there, are still there.

We have a 5 star CMS rating and our team works well together

The staff and administration works together on a daily basis to make sure the residents needs are met. Administration has an open door policy and allows us to perform our duties with out micromanaging the position. I enjoy working with my team here at The Gardens.

Training

Training was very unorganized trainer was always all over the place with training. Really had to try and get the full aspect of what everything was you were supposed to be doing

Sucks

The DON is very rude. They never have supplies. They're always short staffed. The treat workers like terribly and buy you pizza to try and shut you up. TERRIBLE

Awful management

If you think that the gardens upper managment cares about the wellvbeong of those who live there, youre wrong. They only care aboit the money these people bring in.
