Not a good place for RN's

Only the LPN's and CNA's are able to join the union at The Hampton's Center, so they are protected. If you are an RN and you need to call out, expect your license to be threatened. They are always short staffed during the day shift and even more so at night.

Great Therapists and helpful nursing staff

Nice place to work with easy going environment. Most of the therapist were so helpful and friendly. I actually miss working there. The pay was average, documentation was annoying like everywhere else.

12 hour shifts a plus 1199 union

Overall, great nurses, mostly lazy cnas, but there is some good ones. Management is fair, as long as you do your job, you should have no issues. They are not very flexible with scheduling

Terrible place to work!

Always short staffed, high level staff is RUDE to other directors, no training, rude to the residents. A select few staff actually care. Terrible place to work.

Short staffed always. One nurse for 2 floors and helping one aide

Management cares about the $$$ , not the care of the residents. Huge staff turn around. Micromanagement is through the roof. Worried about running it like a 5 star hotel instead of meeting the needs of the residents

Hard working good people who care about their residents and coworkers

I am a rehire and happy to have a position working with dedicated individuals from the highest position in the company to the volunteers at the facility. Its all hard work but nothing in healthcare is easy.

Great experience

This was my first CNA job and this was the best experience I’ve had as a CNA . If I could go back to work there I would. I highly recommend working here.
