my wife had a stroke, has no movement on left side. She had a band on her arm saying fall risk and it was in her medical record. The staff would put her in the wheelchair and park her in the hallway and forget about her and not watch her. 3 times I bitched about them not watching her because she almost fell out of the wheelchair.
