If they can find someone to do your work for less money, you’re out. Regional management is inexperienced, has assistant-level clinical training & doesn’t communicate well. But that’s goes with the company mindset of paying someone less to do the job. The consequences of inexperienced management with limited education are not helpful at the facility level. No raises in 3 years. No opportunity for advancement. Look elsewhere if you’re wanting to still give patient-focused care & not be hounded constantly about productivity.
Is Reliant a good company?
Reliant is a good company to work for and they are willing to help when needed. Pay is competitive and they use Optima for rehab software, which is a plus in my opinion. Could be a bit better organized, considering I didnt receive any training, but overall good.
