I loved the people I worked with at the time I was there
at the time I worked with Halcyon and the company location I loved the people I worked with. It was a wonderful team and I learned a lot and improved my skills as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Flexible work schedule
Overall, it’s a good place to work. Weekly documentation requirements do not always reflect progress. Using timers during therapy sessions distract from patient care when software frequently malfunctions
Great hours
A Pretty good job until they made me start working in 2 other buildings. Managers were all pretty good but it's corporate you must watch out for. I really enjoyed working there for the most part.
Ok place to work
Okay place to work. Pay and benefits are good. Culture, company morale and management need improvement. High turnover rate. High productivity is expected, so days are jam packed and nonstop if you want your hours.
No focus on streamlining documentation so can spend quality time with pt.tin
The documentation requirements are way way way over and makes efficiency impossible as well as takes away from patient focused care. They care more about how they look on paper and cost efficiency than on actual quality of patient care
Well established
Micromanagement to the 10th power! They will bark out orders but not put it in writing so when issues arise it’s your word against theirs. .
Always patients first !

Above and Beyond
