Good place to start out as a nurse
Brooks is great if you're just starting out. Their med-surg floor is usually super busy, but you do learn a lot. The management is not always the best or most supportive, but the staff is pretty friendly. The benefits are TERRIBLE, though!

The nurses exhibited great teamwork. However, a small number of the providers were condescending. Most of the doctors treated the nurses well. The EMR is Cerner which is not the greatest.

HCA facility
There was an Employees Union that was anti-management. I was hired as an Assistant Food Service Director at this once 176 acute care facility. The good workers did not need the union. The poor workers leaned on the union to hang onto their jobs. We caught a union dietary worker passing whole pies out the back door. This was a terminatable offense.
Poor management and no security
Worked in environmental services for 3 years. It was a horrible experience. People who were “ gran fathered in were lazy and the supervisor did not check any of their work.
