I have been with Broad River Rehab since it started in 2015 initially in the SNF setting as a Rehab Director and now on the ALF side moving up to Area Manager. Very supportive company to work for and offers the opportunity to advance from within.

I found working for Broad River Rehab as a Rehab Director to be one of the best job experiences in my 27 year career. The management above me was top notch, providing me as much support as needed while allowing me autonomy. The company is generous in providing the therapy team meals on occasion, and well as programs for recognition.

All you are to broad river is making them money , they will change the policy to fit their need of you and if you refuse they will let you go , don't recommend anyone working for this company bottom line they will get busted for Medicare fraud.
Is there support for new clinicians?
No support for new clinicians. Immediately expected to being therapy despite receiving no orientation. Force unethical practices on you in order to receive more revenue. You don’t matter to the company, you are strictly a number for them to make more money.

Good overall
Based more on the facility you work for rather than BRR. They are good overall though.
Money is all that matters
All that matters to BRR is money. Clinical judgment comes second to the bottom line. I found myself evaluating/treating/discharging patients at the direction of management based on how much money can be made from them as opposed to their therapeutic needs. I consistently felt uncomfortable and questioned Broad River’s ethics at times.
