This is a good place to work. Team work is the name of the game. Completive salary, Friendly management team. Note that everyone works together. I have learned a lot from the staff that works here. I always enjoy visiting with the resident as I give them care
Honestly would rate 0 if could
One of the worst places i have worked at. ever. management sucks - you usually get brushed away and your issues get brushed off as if it doesn’t matter, you can’t express concerns because nobody cares.

This place is wonderful to work at. The residents are great and the staff is great. The best bosses I’ve ever worked for. We are a giant family at CNRC. Best job ever.

I loved my job at Cumberland Nursing. The staff was great and willing to help. The residents are so sweet. I loved going to work!!! Seeing the residents smiling faces was the best part of my day!!
Hard work, Team work is the Best Work
It is very hard work as most personal care jobs are.... the team atmosphere is very high. Nursing staff work very hard together with management to make this the best home for our residents!
