Not only was I misled on the mephisto.com website with a statement that all taxes were included but also Mephisto try to mislead other potential customers by saying that I do not have an account. The truth is that when I complained they disabled my account. SHAME ON THEM

Poor quality sole and atrocious customer care
Bought a pair of mephisto LISANDRO in May 2020 and even with less-than-normal wear due to the lock-down, the soles of the shoes are almost flat (less than 6 months). This can be slippery when wet. I wrote to the company about the issue and the reply from mephisto was extremely poor & disappointing blaming the product "on the way I walk".

My pair of Mephistopheles spinnaker had a problem with defective material in the heel.
Mephisto sizes not as before
I have bought several size 5 Mephisto shoes and they fitted perfectly. However their sizing is now different and my new size 5 air jet expensive Mephisto Sirina are definitely not a size 5. I contacted customer service to draw this to their attention to this but they dismissed my helpful comment. So beware, their sizing seems have got bigger.
