solutions beyond therapy

Rehab is our focus, but it’s just one small part of your busy, complex operation. So we roll up our sleeves to structure custom solutions that meet your entire business strategy while reducing daily disruptions for you and your staff.

Multiple service models to support your individual needs

Every facility has its own story, its own goals and definition of success.

Admin and managers are supportive

Managers and administrators are supportive of staff. Ready to assist with needs. Education and training available to help employee succeed. Work and life balance may need some improvement.

Micromanaged

This company cares only about productivity. There is also a culture of deceit and lack of transparency. Would not recommend working for this contract rehab company.

I have worked with two different teams while employed at Concept and both teams liked working for Concept Rehab

Manager . She was helpful and supportive . I felt that the whole team ( support staff / managers were all awesome to work with/for. I would highly recommend them to work for!

Management was not good at my building

Many ethical issues arise with this company, though when brought to light to regional management gets swept under the rug. Benefits are terrible and your work is not appreciated.

Great company and coworkers. Low pay

Lowest paying therapy company I’ve worked for. The staff are all great and they are very flexible with your schedule. Facility is modern and clean. Good communication

Regional manager micro manages

Regional manager micro manages. Gets involved in things the program manager should handle. Hires people that the program manager interviewed and did not recommend. Poor pay. Adds lots of extras to job and then pushes productivity.

Poor Upper Management

Poor company culture overall- Regional Manager & some Director’s of Rehab.
