Good place to work
Thankful for the chance to work there. The staff and management are kind. The person who did orientation with me was very helpful. He was very easy to work with. Overall, it was a good experience.

Not the greatest place
Nurse to patient ratio is unbelievable 12 hours suck. Woking short staffed all the time. Micromanagement to thr fullest. Scheduling was goid. But overall not good.
Bias environment
I don't believe this is a place to work for certain kind of people. They do not practice fair employment. i would not recommend this place unless you don't mind the culture and like unfair treatment.

I worked at Greenfield for a little over a year. It was possibly the worst place to work at in any position you could work. The staff are under appreciated and underpaid, myself included. They cut my hours and refused to give me a raise.
