Not fully fair but okay
Always nice to work at Seagate Rehabilitation Center were we provide the care for the residence.
Boring
No hot water coffee or food. No thank you no appreciation from management. The residents are not from this world demanding and extremely disrespectful dont listen to safety instructions
Produtive and good team care provided
The worklace was a good environment. good team players/ co workers which were able to assist with the hardest part of the day , getting the patient ready for bed.
Stay away
At the interview they misrepresented the job and then you realize it’s not what was explained to you. Horrible work environment where lpn’s and cna’s run the show. If you’re looking to lose your license this is the place for you.
Not fun to work
Everybody want to be the boss. They don't know how to talk to staffs. very rude in a way you will not stay. Some staffs are very selfish. They are not helping each other.
team work
the hardest part of the job is nurses to patient ratio. the most enjoyable part of the job is taking care of residents whom appreciate the care provided to them. a typical day at work varies, it could be stressful sometimes and it could also be peaceful at times.
