What is the lack of care, safety, and pure negect?

LOOK FURTHER! The lack of care, safety, & pure negect is Appalling ! Especially toward the elder. It's even worse because most can not communicate effectively or at all. They do not communicate with each other or the family of the patient. There was not a doctor or head nurse in the facility or available to speak with us about our valid concerns or the critical care needs of our relative. She was not fed, given water or any fluids and pain medication was not given. They basically suffered the entire time they were there. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I myself would not believe it. The care given by this facility or lack of, could certainly be detrimental in recovery of any patient!
