Even if you leave phone messages, also email her at the same time, asking the same questions, as you are usually more likely to get an emailed response. They seem to avoid phone calls in my experience.

The good the bad and the ugly . .

It really shouldn't matter who your VRC is and the benefits you get. I have a 4.0, and my counselor blocks me every chance she gets.
