Great Coworkers who treat you like family

Stressful workplace like most LTC facilities. But the coworkers make it worth it. Management has some issues, and the pay seems not worth it at times.

Horrible place to work at

The absolute worst place I have ever worked in my cna work. The management could care less about the employees. You work alone most the time without help from the other staff members

I do not recommend

I am surprised to see such high ratings, “consistent schedules” and “supportive leadership” in the description. Without going into detail, I would describe this position as the opposite of that.

What stood out to me was the fact that I was working with people face to face

I loved working there they were done much fun! I love the one on one contact with one another! I love to talk and that was the 1 important thing for me there I enjoyed what I was doing while also being able to talk the whole time too.

Lacking caring employees

I was very excited when I first started but then realized they were working understaffed which then made the job way more difficult. I’ve worked for understaffed places before and they will hire anyone just to have someone. Which meant a lot of the other cnas were just kids, yes kids, looking for a job.

Cna

It was overall a great facility. The staff were always open minded and willing to help the CNAs. Just like ever place you work there is drama but it well taken of.

Very low on staff

I was taken away from my own job due to low staff to sit with a resident for one on one. It has its days where it is a fun environment. Other days not so much.

With Coronavirus posing a significant risk to seniors, patient safety is of utmost importance. While US News does not give a Patient Safety rating, these are important aspects of choosing a Nursing Home. Certain of these elements are part of the long and short term care ratings.
