Pitgeo, if you are or were still in the Voc. Rehab program they should have bought you another laptop or had that one repaired. It doesn't matter that they already bought you one. If it died and is a requirement for your program or integral for you to be able to do the work then they are supposed to buy you another one.

Unless your just doing an english, history or some major like that, Netbooks are worthless. You will not be able to do fast computations or programming and the videos will lag. Not only that but your going to strain you eyes looking at a 10 inch monitor hours on end. Voc rehab should and will pay for a decent computer.
