We were like family
A small facility, with "small facility" issues. A lot of gossipping that had nothing to do with the job. Supplies were limited or none at all. Aides would bring products from home to care for the residents. SOME management cared. Lower management (receptionist, scheduler, etc.) could care less. Administrator was wonderful and caring.
Hard work, but had a good team
I worked in Dietary. All of my coworkers were welcoming and helpful in training me. The work was harder than I had expected but people were willing to pitch in. Dietary Manager cares about residents and staff.
Nurse
Company has come a long way over the last year. The Management team has been revamped and it seems to be helping the rest of the staff. The rates are standard for the area. Nursing can be chalenging anywhere you go, but I enjoy working here.
Run!
Owner allows inexperienced Corp HR to attempt to run the building (into the ground, most likely). Makes you wonder what that relationship really is! Staff is uncultured and frequently disrespect each other and residents. Lacks sense of teamwork and instead promotes finger-pointing and blame. Watch your back if you’re desperate enough to work here!
direct care staff runs tge building
If a staff member threatens to sue, they become protected regardless of their performance. Rn supervisor has very limited knowledge of resident assessment. Very rude, aggressive and nasty. Corporate HR runs building. NHA hates her job. Owner does not want anyone unhappy to the detriment of the residents and the business.
Poor management
Very very very unprofessional management horrible. They don’t care about you there. Always understaff no help probably one of the worst nursing home. The food is cold the residents are treated unfair
Sucks
Racist, clicky, non friendly environment. Management down to the certified nursing assistant are dishonest.,certified nursing assistant runs the show. No organizations and total drama! Administration mat was constantly coming in drunk. What leadership?
