Physical Therapy
Physical therapists work with their clients to improve strength, endurance, ambulation independence and balance. They provide pain management, orthotic and brace training, joint replacement recovery and disease management education.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists work with their clients to help them regain independence with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and eating. Additionally, they help individuals with instrumental activities of daily living like banking skills, housekeeping, cooking, shopping and using a telephone or navigating transportation.

Nexion affiliated facilities offer both short-term acute rehabilitation services and long-term nursing care in a warm, comfortable, residential setting. To better serve our residents, we offer a progressive approach to treatment that combines collaboration with primary physicians and individualized rehabilitation services with resident and family education.
What is TPN solution?
TPN is a mixture of nutrients, such as carbohydrates, proteins, lipids (fat), electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals. The solution may have all or some of these nutrients, based on what the resident’s body needs. The solution may also include certain medications.
