The productivity standards are pretty ridiculous (90% every day) and since most treatments were in-room due to covid, it is very hard to meet those standards. Overall, I worked with a great group of therapists and I am extremely grateful for the friendships and experience I now have but the company is really tanking. I always felt like "today could be the day I get laid off or we lose our contract with the building." Very scary. Also they lied about tuition reimbursement so that was annoying. And everyone in the company got a pay cut as soon as I started working there. That was also very annoying.
