Horrible

Mgmt has no idea what they’re doing. You don’t feel appreciated. Staff will not help you. Everyone snitches on everyone, tries to get everyone fired.

Don't Waste Your Time!

Haralson Nursing & Rehab is about the worst company I've ever worked at. The administrator is a joke and he makes the already bad office culture and environment worse. Management treats the employees as a number and they evidently don't care what other companies pay for all the work and job duties that they expect you to do for nothing.

Do not work at Harrison

2018 was a great place to work new management inert now it's the worst place to work management have no concern for Resident our employees I was threatened by another employee no discipline Was was in force due to the facts employees have enter into cliques in lie each other

Terrible

New administration is a joke along with all of the new staff members they brought in. Nobody has a clue on how to run the building and abuse is ALWAYS covered up, well if administration likes the employee. It's a race war in the building, with nothing but tension and the Administrator is the ring leader. Wouldn't recommend putting your dog here.

Selective nursing home with poor staffing

The residents at this nursing home are incredible, but the nursing staff needs serious improvement. They refuse to adapt to anyone new, and CNA's end up doing jobs for everyone.

Fast pace work environment

A typical day at work was fast paced to get everything done which I didn't mind. I learned employees can tell lies on you to get you fired and working for a company 3 years doesn't matter. Management did not know me by name until my second year working.

The nursing home is a great place to work

I arrive to work, make a schedule for the CNA's, receive report from the 7-3 LPN. At that point I begin introducing myself and assessing any new residents, residents that may be having issues or special needs residents, obtaining vitals on said residents. Subsequently, I begin my accu-checks and insulin injections and then I start my med pass.
