Awesome clinic, terrible company

The clinic i worked at had an amazing manager and staff in general, there were very few workers at my clinic so we got along pretty quickly.

Great staff, very family like

The staff at Athletico is incredible. Coworkers become family like. Management is often times very encouraging. Team oriented company. Pay definitely needs to be improved.

Coworkers make or break the experience

How enjoyable the Rehab Aide job is will highly vary depending on the clinic and who is managing it. They expect a lot out of the aides at times, but the pay is woefully low, and there are almost no benefits. There is a 401k you can pay into, and I think due to covid, there were sick hours added as a benefit, but no PTO or healthcare.

Loved working here during college summer breaks

I had a great Facility Manager. Her sons were athletes, like myself, and she allowed me to keep a very flexible schedule so that I was able to work and play baseball at the same time. Everyone in our facility was awesome and supportive.

Productive and fun place to work

I worked as a rehab aide and it was a good starting job while I was in undergrad. I cleaned tables, did laundry and talk warm up/cool down. The PT's leading the clinic were great at explaining exercises to me and encouraging me to go on to graduate school.

Overall good place the therapists are nice and super welcoming

It’s a good place to work if you plan to go into PT or OT to get experience. I love the therapists and office coordinator who works there. I feel like for the amount of work rehab aides do they are undervalued by the company. I say that because they expect you to work 6-8 hrs and not get a break like you’re a robot or something.

Good guidance and growth

Great Company to work for with a lot of opportunity and guidance from those above you.
