The Residents are the best part of the facility

The Residents are the best part of the facility. They give you insight, show you love and support, and can keep you laughing. The facility allows you to buy the lunch and dinner that is served that day for less than $2 and the majority of the staff orders meals.

Different Day Everyday

It's a fast paced environment with new challenges everyday. They believe in promoting from within and provide on hands training. The residents are loving and fun.

A wonderful place to grow

A typical day for me was getting my work done at a reasonable time. I have learned that I was able to unlock my potential by working there, I truly enjoyed the resident and work well with my co-workers.

Was glad when it ended

I don't suggest working here unless you really need a check .It is a total circus ,no professional staff and just in house romances. No support from upper management at all but I did my very best in this environment.

Stressful

This job is not family friendly. I think this would be a good job when they get the management team one page. The employees are not held to the standard that is written which also makes it a little more difficult.

The Supervisor has unrealistic expectations

The Regional supervisor believes she is never wrong and will you show her that she is wrong you receive not encouragement or thank you. She changes the rules as she she fits without any reason. The owners do not have long term care experience and believe they do not have to follow the rules and regulation set forth by CMS.

Front office needs a redo

Just like everywhere else this facility is very short staffed. Unlike the others we have a lot of RN management members that “work” the cart when absolutely necessary. However. They don’t pass the meds but sure do sign them out. I love my residents. And I love most of the co workers but management needs to be cleaned out and started over.

Stressful eviroment

The people were fun to work with but the overall work environment was very stressful . The residents could have been better taking care of if the staff wasn't so short all the time.

Productive amd yes fun

My experience is fair at HH&R .I would recommend friends to apply for work there.I will try working there the next 4 year's.I truly injoy my job takeing care of my elders.
