Rolling up your sleeves and working on the work when needed regardless of what it is.

Great job to get experience

The facility is huge. Employees seem to work with what they have and do the best they can. The building is in the middle of a lot of area hospitals so it’s a very very busy job.

Teamwork

Management staff provide a great team environment that are willing to work together to make the facility a better place. It is an enjoyable work environment.

Worst job I have ever had!

Management is an absolute nightmare. They scream, yell, and talk to you as if you are their child. Extremely unprofessional. If you are not black, you will be discriminated against by management, staff and residents. The benefits are horrible. The turn over rate is extremely high due to the high due to how hostile the work environment is.

It is done

I'm ok with the job just looking for better place. Love my patients and I love the work I do for them. I just need to work on getting away from the environment that I am in.
