Great place to work
I have been at Brookside for almost two years. I absolutely love doing activities with the residents and planning different activities for them. We are always planning staff events and celebrating national days for each month. Great people, Great benefits, Great atmosphere and overall a great place to work.

Nursing is stressful job doesn’t matter if it’s staff position or management. As an experienced nurse who seen both side of the positions I will say Brookside give me way for me to shine and show my talent . Inspired me to go further in my career. From the beginning Brookside has challenged me to be the best nurse that I could be. My colleagues on the floor are team oriented and always willing to help each other out. Management is involved daily and frequently makes rounds to ensure that extra assistance is available and provided when and if needed.
Great team
This is a great environment to work end. The staff is great. The patients are wonderful and the staff are very caring. The administration team works very well together.
Productive work environment
I have worked for Brookside for about 3 years I work with amazing people the administrator likes to promote within the company. The work environment is amazing all about TEAMWORK! It’s a great place too work with a lot of staff appreciation!
Horrible Horrible Management
Boy the locals weren’t lying when they say that Brookside is the worst place. I have worked for a couple of months and realized that management is going to run this place straight to the ground. The cnas and nurses are great. But the ladies running the show are childish. All they do is talk and treat other staff poorly.

Why has nursing home failed to conduct and document a facility-wide assessment?
Nursing home has failed to conduct and document a facility-wide assessment to determine what resources are necessary to care for residents competently during both day-to-day operations and emergencies . Nursing home has failed to provide and implement an infection prevention and control program.

Horrible place do not apply
I don’t care how experienced you are as a nurse or nurse aide, this place will break you one way or another. Extremely unprofessional, owners are horrible which reflects in whether or not you will have the supplies you need and how much staff they can put on the floor.
Poor moral and no appreciation from management
The company is driven by profits and not by patient care or creating a positive environment for the employees. The moral at this facility IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
Poorly managed. Favortism
This facility micro manages. They just walked out the DON that distroyed this facility. They also just fired the new administrator. All our decent nurses are gone. Bringing back DON that walked out on them. They need to just close the doors.
