The administration officials are rude & do not follow through with what they tell you

The administration officials are rude & do not follow through with what they tell you. They are not organized & do not appreciate their help. They wanted people to work with Covid & never paid you for it. I honestly don’t feel like a tummy tuck for the administrator was good use of the facilities money

The residents

No a good place for resident care. Rules are not enforced. There are some staff member that truly care for the residents and others that could care less. Residents left uncared for. Staff management overlooks a lot things.

Stressful work place

I enjoy my residents so much. They keep me in this job. Seems to have some confusion about policy and procedure. Training could be more appropriate for care provided.

Drama

Poor management (not local), unsanitary, lack of supervision, unethical code of conduct, everyone wants to tell someone what to do and patient care is BAD. Patients sleep in diapers, Very high turn over. All talk, false documentation. They prefer you look the other way. Rural area, out of site out of mind. Close it.

Upsetting

CNA’s who have only been certified for maybe a couple of months to a year are getting paid $14 an hour and CNA’s who have 15 years plus experience are getting paid $12.25 or less. And Management doesn’t want to make things right or give raises.
