Wonderful job

It’s the a really good job and the staff is wonderful and the nurse are really helpful and the patient are very polite and will make your day best feeling to help and do your part to make someone day better.

Great place to work gained much experience interesting environment to work in enjoyed neuro nursing. The hardest part of job was the patient population which did not improve.

HHH is a skilled facility where the new grads can get experience before heading to major hospitals

There is many things that you can learn everyday especially in the nursing fields.. The staffs are very helpful and caring. They are very supportive of each other.

Conditions going downhill

The amount of patients that they now give you is ridiculous. Can be 10:1 with no consideration in acuity. They often understaff and have been known to mandate overtime in many cases. Most people don’t stay for the pay but for the retirement benefits.

What does a supervisor do?

Supervisor showed favoritism. Also, treated patients like they are uneducated during treatments. She talked to staff with no respect. For example, when something goes wrong in the gym. She will blame it on you pointing her fingers. Supervisor sat in her office most of the time and when staff needed interpersonal advice she chooses one side.
