Haydee Cavoores, is one of our intake coordinators at the front desk at JOI Rehab South Physical Therapy Clinic. JOI South is located on the Baptist South Medical Office Building 3 on the 2nd floor. This location offers custom hand therapy, traditional physical therapy with a specialized spine center and spine therapist.

Melissa Ross was born in Michigan. However military life brought her to Jacksonville in 1985, where she graduated Sandalwood High School. Melissa returned to Jacksonville in 1995 to raise her 3 children. Melissa went back to school after the market crash and graduated Southeastern School of Massage in 2012.
Joanna Starkey-Marshall DPT CHT
Joanna Starkey is one of the original members of JOI rehabilitation. Further, she has been a CHT for over 10 years working with all injuries of the upper extremity. She also is a performing arts specialist working with Broadway physical therapy and as a dancer herself for several years prior to becoming a therapist.
Tracy Wilcox PTA ATC LAT
Before coming to Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute, Tracy Wilcox worked with teams at UAB and North Georgia College. Tracy graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Athletic Training in 2005. Further, she completed her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2015.
Dominic Worsowicz, PT, DPT
Dominic Worsowicz is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Through his internships and work at JOI, he has treated patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions. Further, he enjoys the physical therapy profession and continues to keep current with the newest treatments and therapies.
