With a Bachelors degree in General Science and a Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Flood is more than certified to care for your chiropractic needs. Dr. Kelbel graduated from UW-La Crosse and continued his aspirations by going to Palmer College of Chiropractic to become a chiropractor.
