How can I get paid more?
Do you all get pay raises? I work LTC/skilled and I’ve been in the field around 3 years and I’ve not heard about anyone getting a pay raise. In fact, we have all gotten pay cuts due to PDPM. I’m just curious if you all have any suggestions on certs or anything I can do to increase my income.
How do you not get attached to clients?
I just finished FW 1 where I spent 2 weeks 9-3 with an awesome kiddo. I’ve cried like 4 times. I don’t even like kids that much or want to do Pediatrics but I loved my camper.
UE and shoulder resources?
Howdy everyone! New grad here and feeling insecure about the shoulder! In school, we literally had a 3 week UE hybrid course crammed in with other 3 week classes and it was trash and I learned very little .
