raises are rare-worked at the company and it was 6 years before I got first and only raise. No room for growth because the administrator and directors only hire their friends. Overwork- you will NEVER be done with work it's endless. You are not appreciated and they will always take advantage of you. They take away things ie.

If you've been there for a long time you have lots of vacation time. This year they went and screwed with everything so all your time needs to be accrued. I was there more than 5 years so I got 3 weeks vacation which was nice. That was probably the only perk of the job.

Beware of working here. People are two face and management doesn’t care. No raise, no advancement opportunities, it’s a dead end job. All paper nothing in computer.

Low pay with much work
The turn over rate is extremely high and the pay sucks. The supervisors cannot make a decision on their own. Everyone is incompetent. Clients are good to work with but can be aggressive
