Under staffed

It gets old when people don't show up to work on time, then when they do finally show they hardly do their work, and complain about their job. The pay is horrible.

wonderful residents and caring staff

The CNAs treat the residents like family and management makes sure everything is in order. The hardest part of my job is knowing that sometimes you can't tell them what they want to hear.

Small Town community with values

Most of staff and residents friendly, some management staff not functional for their position and not enough team player support going on. Most of management in their offices all the time and not working as team players.

They suck

I hated working there. They are always short and bugging you stay over. They’d have you live there if they could and the pay sucks. The managers are annoying and only help when state comes out

Hard job

This was a hard place to work only because there was not a lot of consistency of staff. Otherwise it was a good job. I would go back if it were more consistent.

High turnover

Aren't flexible and not a good company to work for. Over worked, under paid. They do not care about the residents or the employees. Raises are also not given when should be.

Not a good place to work

They don’t want to pay the way they should. No one wants to work or either or light duty. The CNA’s there do the bare minimum to get though there day.
