How long do you have to work for a rehab agency to get a VR scholarship?

Why do I need a vocational evaluation?
Normally, a vocational evaluation will be used to reduce a spouse’s alimony obligations. However, it is sometimes helpful in rooting out one spouse’s attempt to remain underemployed so that he or she does not have to pay as much in alimony.
What should a vocational expert report include?
The report that results from the evaluation should include the vocational expert’s findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on the information provided test results, and market research.
Can you get vocational evaluation if you are underemployed?
When both spouses work in professional fields for long periods of time, there is little doubt about the earning capacity of each, and there is no chance that either spouse is purposefully remaining underemployed, then a vocational evaluation is likely unnecessary.
