When you go into Voc rehab (chapter 31), all all of your GI bill (chapter 33) is converted to chapter 31. When this conversion takes place, and you actually have chapter 33 to convert, then you are eligible for the chapter 33 bah rate while using chapter 31. But if you are in chapter 31 (voc rehab), your GI bill is now gone.
