Indeed Featured review

High school drama brought in to clean house. If they couldn't find a reason to fire you they make things up. No support from high up management until things get really bad then they blame staff that is struggling enough already trying to provide care to patients.

Pray for the place

I know all places suffer from some sort of poor management... but this place? The management is what’s tearing it apart. Not to mention the pay is less than respectable for the stuff we have to put up with, we have no staff, so we don’t get the little things we need like breaks and help with other patients.

It has gone downhill

I enjoyed working here when I first started. The longer I stay here the more I hate it. We are always short staffed which is normal in the medical field but it is rough constantly coming into working knowing you'll be working short. It isn't fair to the patients and my coworkers. We try to talk to management but nothing gets fixed for long.

Hires inadequate management lacking in clinical experience

The management team is unable to direct policies and procedures per company implementation. Hires inadequate management lacking in clinical experience to support new hired young Nurses. No performance reviews conducted and no pay raise. Infection control in charge is not implementing CDC guidelines or State regulations.

Great management, flexible schedule when needed and great coworkers

Worked at Center of Cordera and resigned due to a relocation. An A+ company to work for if you are willing to LEARN, GROW in your career and COMMUNICATE with some of the most Intelligent, open minded and Caring staff members around. I highly recommend Center of Cordera for employment

Fun, Friendly, Fast Pace

In all the Center at Cordera is a great place to work. Friendly, and helping/encouraging people work here. It is great for people who need a job quick.

could never keep enough help

night crew would not come in on weekends and day crew left stuck after 12 hours. day shift was very busy with admits and discharges, new nurses sometimes would quit after 1 shift.
