On a weekly basis, Mark Stapleton, Dir. of Clinical Operations, sends out an email to our FRCs noting the challenges and accomplishments of the past week. He speaks on behalf of all who support our therapy teams. We are so proud to work with each of our resourceful therapists! Below is one example.
Small Kindnesses
Our seniors and immune compromised individuals have been dealt a 1-2 sucker punch by COVID 19. Arbor's therapists help to offset the second punch.
Overall one of the better therapy contract companies I've worked for
Therapy team was fantastic, very supportive. Upper mgmt could improve communication, however was more caring than any other therapy company I've worked for.
Arbor was a good company to work for
Was a decent company to work for. I wasn’t micromanaged. When caseload was lower had the choice to go to other facilities to get more hours but wasn’t demanded of me either. Good compensation compared to other places I have worked
Management is ineffective
I worked at Arbor and took on travel assignments about a 75 mile radius. When a Permanent position came available I applied hoping that my versatility was in my favor. Management and Recruiter NEVER responded or acknowledged my application. Seems they only used employees for ti the company’s benefit.

I worked PRN for Arbor a few time but have no received a call from them for a while. They were polite and helpful, I never had an issue with them.---------------
Relaxing place to work
When arrive print patient list,check daily reports, attend meetings treat patients at a timely fashion and type out daily notes. Every 10 days type out progress notes.
Small Company very nice upper managment
I was very happy with Arbor Rehab. They were very good to me. I was very happy with the regional manager and all the upper management. I would recommend them to anyone.
