Indeed Featured review

It’s a nice place to work, the pay is fair. Some days can be crazier than others but overall it’s a nice facility and a good place to gain your experience.

Have learned a lot there but, management & pay suck

Enjoy doing my job, seeing patients recover and go home. Very rewarding but, there is no room for advancement and, no encouragement to try to advance. Very poor management who only cares about the money. No incentives for employees other than a free lunch on Fridays (because of the pandemic)!

Great Culture

The team work is great, and it seems like a family more than a team sometimes. From top to bottom everyone is very approachable and friendly. As mentioned in my review summary it's just a great culture.

Cons

Maybe better food. Like include a Starbucks for coffee, and healthier options.

Productive

I have enjoyed working for LSH. They pay very well. You have a great support system from your peers. They work well with your schedule and staffing ratio is great!

Great Teamwork

Laredo Specialty is a very nice place to work it is a small place where everybody is like family. Employees are treated fairly well, and are recognized for their work. Management is very involved with the care that is given to the patient.

No more employee bonuses

The good is the scheduling. They're really good in working with your schedule. The bad I would say is that we don't get any more bonuses: ( but they keep adding more work to us so we feel overwhelmed.

Current Air Quality

The air quality is generally acceptable for most individuals. However, sensitive groups may experience minor to moderate symptoms from long-term exposure.
