Jan 15, 2022 · Henriette 2022-01-15 My husband was in the Life Care Center of Paradise Valley. He was there for rehab for a couple of months. It's the worst place anybody can send even his enemy to. The staff is the pits. He just didn't get any care. It was negligent and dirty. The food, everything was out of a box, the pits, no taste.
How many visitors per patient?
Two visitors per patient are allowed at any one time. Visits may be limited as determined by the patient's condition or the care required as determined by the physician or the charge nurse. Children under 16 are not allowed unless cleared by the director or designee of the unit.
How many visitors are allowed in the ICU?
No more than two visitors are allowed by the bedside. Visiting is limited to immediate family or significant other. Exceptions can be made if the patient has no immediate family in the area. Flowers, live plants, latex, balloons, and outside food are not allowed in the ICU.
