How We Do It

We offer information, direction, and technical assistance to developers, builders, neighborhood organizations, non-profits, individual citizens, and property owners who partner with CDA to produce quality affordable housing in the City of St. Louis.

Supportive Housing

Our supportive housing program has helped us assist over 400 former foster youth with gaining the knowledge, skills and supports needed to prepare for their exit from foster care. We DO NOT currently have an active contract to provide these services. Please check here periodically for updates on our availability for our Independent Living Program.
