Indeed Featured review

The work load & responsibilities increased the longer I was employed. Often had to do other clinics’ work on top of my own work load. Bonuses were cut. No OT allowed. Several OCs quit and I was being told I need to fill in at another location.

productive and active work place

If your looking for a job as an aide to get some experience that'll help you when you apply for PT or OT school. Then its a good way to get an idea of what your going to encounter when you enter the field.

Fun workplace

Fun and energetic place to work. Would recommend to work here anyone in the PT medical field. Third largest PT company in the nation. Offices are very clean.

Nothing special

Corporate mill machine, understaffed in all departments. New management is terrible. Health benefits are average and work life balance non existent. Pay is average.

Overworked, underpaid, stressed-out

The front office staff was chronically understaffed and overworked, and the pay was extremely low for the amount of work expected. A lot of bullying and nepotism from the management side.

Corporate ruins the company

My job was good at first and it went just completely downhill. Corporate keeps making changes that affect my position by removing merit increase based off performances to changing my job title to a lower valued one across the board. I am done with Athletico and do not recommend working for them.

Loved working here during college summer breaks

I had a great Facility Manager. Her sons were athletes, like myself, and she allowed me to keep a very flexible schedule so that I was able to work and play baseball at the same time. Everyone in our facility was awesome and supportive.
