What is a home investment partnership?

HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds may be used to assist existing homeowners with the repair, rehabilitation, or reconstruction of owner-occupied units. Whenever HOME funds are used for rehabilitation activities, the work must be performed according to the Participating Jurisdiction (PJ)'s written rehabilitation standard and the unit must be brought up to the applicable state or local code.
