The unprofessionalism
There is nothing good about the company, the owners have no idea what they're doing. The owners no nothing about nursing homes yet they micromanage those that do.
The staff, the environment
The Administrator is willing to interact with staff,and encourage growth. Willing to interact with resident by assisting them, encourage and showing concerns about their issues. The environment is family, sense of support and team work. However its what you put in is what you get out.
Horrible
They are very unprofessional and will make ridiculously false allegations against lower level staff with help from department management with no proof. And they treat you like your already guilty without doing their do diligence.. Worst place I ever worked
