Great place to work. Staff really cared about patients. I was there as a student and learned a great deal. Trusted by management to figure out process that worked best for me.
Great people
Great people to work with! Everyone helps with duties. Work every other weekend 4 holidays. I would just prefer a set schedule over self scheduling.

Good company to work for, good pay and good benefits. Could be stressful at times due to not always have the staff needed. Management was not always there for employees.

Like most health care places It was all about the money. They were admitting patients who were not qualified for that type of rehab. Less nursing stf.
They care for and about the patients and the employees
Marianjoy was like my family. When I worked there they had a saying of Caring with Spirit. This was true for the patients and the employees. Marianjoy looked and cared for the whole person from physical to mental and emotional and spiritual. It was a pleasure working there for 23 years.
Great place
Good work life balance. Great programs. Plenty of time working with Patients. Building is old and needs an upgrade. Therapist given plenty of 1:1 time.

What is day rehabilitation?
Day Rehabilitation therapy is for patients who still require close monitoring by a Marianjoy Medical Group physiatrist while receiving physical, speech and/or occupational therapy as an outpatient. Other services, such as psychology, nursing and case management are also available as parts of the Day Rehabilitation Program, as needed, as the care team continues to work towards the patient's optimal function. Approval for admittance to the program is sometimes required through a medical record review if a patient is referred by an external physician.
