Indeed Featured review

This facility was great for starting clinicals for nursing school This facility cares for its patients and the staff works together in a collaborative manner.

Horrible experience working there

They trained me two days on the desk on two different halls, but no training on the 3rd hall or on the carts for any hall. Never know what hall you’ll be sent to and may have to work your shift as a cna.

Terrible workplace

This job is horrible. I worked here second shift and was told to help out with everything for first shift when I come in so they could leave. I had to finish up everything they did when I came in plus also my job which didn’t give me enough time to do anything.

Management

Managers really don't know what they are doing in the kitchen. No chance of pay advancement and it's mold everywhere in the cooler under the racks....

They never had enough staff

At first I loved working here then they just got to wear they didn't care about the employees. They was always understaffed. You wasnt able to have enough safety equipment.

Bad

They make promises of bonuses and then take it away after you’ve worked. The pick and select those they pick on. Too many chiefs not enough Indians.

Satisfying work with terrible pay

Work was fairly easy, the manager over dept was fair and tried to help her employees all should could. The pay is the only thing that lacked and it wasn't enough for driving 52 miles one way. I made sure that the facility floors and outside was clean and up to code. The residents were lovely along with the staff I worked with.
