Overall good place the therapists are nice and super welcoming
It’s a good place to work if you plan to go into PT or OT to get experience. I love the therapists and office coordinator who works there. I feel like for the amount of work rehab aides do they are undervalued by the company. I say that because they expect you to work 6-8 hrs and not get a break like you’re a robot or something.

I love the people I work with, but it gets stressful at times between working with 2 patients at once and trying to clean everything.
Most people within the company are fantastic individuals however, the low pay, lack of benefits, and lack of advancement is frustrating
Was making $10/ hr prior to the min wage raise to $10/ hr July 1, 2020 & I am still at that wage almost a year after starting with Athletico.
Good experience but it's the little things
I have worked at several clinics and my home clinic has to be by far the best. The management and environment is very supportive! However, it does get busy. Nowadays, I get burnt out easily now by the amount of work I am expected to do.
Awesome workplace!
Athletico is such a good company to work for. If you're studying in the medical field gives you experience with working one on one with patients. It is hectic at times but that's also what it teaches you about multi-tasking and time management.
Feeling Underappreciated
I work 5 days a week at Athletico I am required to answer phones and be with patients at the same time. The pay is horrible you practically do EVERYTHING and they cut my pay from 10 dollars a hour to 9.04 dollars a hour a huge slap in the face for the amount of work I do.

Crazy low wage for abhorrent amount of work
Wages are crazy low. I do so much work and make nothing. For what I'm doing I should be making at least $15-$17 an hour and I'm not even making $10. It doesn't motivate me to stay.
