Staff is wonderful. Best CNAs and nurses of anywhere else I have ever worked

Staff is very supportive of each other. There are certain members of management that will do anything for you, but still have those who focus solely on their jobs. But all in all, it is an awesome place to work.

Always room to grow and move up in the company

The receptionist position was great, however, I like a heavier work load than what I was doing. I found myself bored a lot, made it difficult to get through a long day.

Productive and nice place to work, nice location

Worked 5 days a week as a manager. Nice place to work with good employees and staff. Nice facility but had issues with staffing. I enjoyed working with the patients.

Great place for associates and patients

Te staff there was very caring and concerned about their patients. I enjoyed working at a facility that put their patients first. The managers were supportive and encouraging.

Can get busy and fast paced at times but great management and co-workers

I loved working there and was always treated fairly. They gave me a chance straight out of nursing school and I learned a lot from them. They care about their employees and residents, that's why I loved working there. I left for more money and a job closer to home. Was so hard to leave such a great place, it's truly a family there.

Understaffed. Not enough pay

Too many total care patients on one floor with only 2 CNAs. Overwhelming low pay for job requirements. At times, you were unable to take your lunch break but were still docked for the time. I did enjoy caring for my patients.

Productive and Good place to work

I feel as if Hendersonville Health and rehabilitation is the best nursing home to work for the following reasons.
