Info not accurate
The information i received from a vin search was not accurate. It said no accidents reported. I drove almost 2hrs away to test drive the vehicle and to my surprise I was given a free car fax while there that stated the vehicle has been in multiple accidents. I want a refund.

Complete waist of time
Complete waist of time. Paid for 3 months of reports as the website claimed it gave detailed information. The reports give no information at all. It only gives you the last reported miles the last time the vehicle was ever sold at a dealer.
Does not give back a accurate report
I put in the vin number of a car I was thinking of buying and up came a report that claimed that there was no accidents or anything wrong with the car so I decided to search for details on my own car which I know has a history of accidents. The report said my car had no accidents which is definitely not true. I think this vin checker is a scam.
I wanted one report - I got an unnecessary subscription
I wanted a single report. The site non-transparently signed me up for a repeating subscription. Logging in to the account, it provided no way to unsubscribe. You have to reach out to customer service to do so. They don't provide email notifications of upcoming charges. These are both highly dishonest design choice.
Continued to take my money for months
A Scam for sure. Didn't even get a report. And now they continue to take my money every month. I wasn't even aware it was a subscription based thing. I just wanted one report. This is absolutely ridiculous.
