good work environment, fun, family oriented environment, flexible with schedules and shift changes, poor management, does not work well with staff at times.
An exceptional place to work!
I have enjoyed my time at HCHR. I am leaving due to personal issues, but I look forward to returning to work here in the future. A small community facility that feels like family, as a nurse I couldn’t ask for better.
Awful
The CNAs here don’t take their job serious. Management is not good. They discriminate. They don’t give you time off when asked on time due to not enough staff which should be their problem not the employees. You can’t talk to someone without things getting turned around on you. Nurses have to split carts on separate halls. Staffing is poor.

I love working here the best job I ever had. This job is very fun an you can learn alot. You will love this job. You will meet people of different cultures.

Overall an enjoyable place to work. Caring management and staff. More employees to cover halls would have been ideal, but otherwise a great work experience.

A typical day at work is fun, and productive, can be short staff but everyone pull together and make it safe and reliable for the residents so that they get the best care needed.

Do not ever work here. It's out of control. Unsympathetic. Greedy. Self righteous. Uncompassionate. Uncaring. No responsibility. No drive to make things better and everyone plays the blame game.
