The first option in designing a vocational rehabilitation plan is always to get you back to work with your previous employer as quickly as possible. This lessens the need for training or other services and helps you continue your career with your previous employer. If you are unable to return to work with your previous employer, a return-to-work plan aimed at a placement with a new employer will be considered.
