A typical day at work is face paced and demanding. Management is supportive. The hardest part of the job is meeting the needs of the residents. The most enjoyable part of the job is the staff, they are so friendly and supportive.

Very busy workflow, friendly atmosphere, everybody is willing to help, has 2 teams, enjoyed working there, love to be around all the residents, team work.

a typical day at work is busy due to being frequently short staffed for the 3-11 shift. we are fortunate because we do work hard at being a team and care is given do to team work. I know the management is trying to be supportive and they have an open door policy which helps.
