Proceed with caution
Working at Apple Rehab Watch Hill, was an actual nightmare. The administrator is a liar, corporate office offers no support, and has no regard for anyone’s license, or the residents they cannot care for. Constantly short staffed. Often you would be scheduled for 3-11 and there would not be an 11-7 nurse scheduled.
Great work environment at The Clipper
Great place to work with the management team working to create an overall happy place to work. Upper management in the building listens to staff. Middle management available to help on the floor with other staff. The kitchen is clean and the food is great. Nurses care for the residents and the families are supportive. Overall a great place to work.
Stay far away
Worst place ever to work at the management is horrible the Rn supervisors at night if you have a problem they don’t care the nurses expect you to do so much and work short staffed constantly on the 3rd shift they hire people and never stay after they orient.
Disorganized
The whole place was pretty disorganized. Care plan cards weren’t updated. It was hard to find what you needed for supplies sometimes. Constantly understaffed and the nurse in the back unit was expected to finish both med passes and then leave the floor to do another med pass elsewhere.
Excellent management
Working there was like working with family. Excellent teamwork. Very supportive. Clean environment. Everyone from the dietary aides to rehab aides all worked together. Community nursing home and often we knew each other. The visitors always had positive things to say.
Very poor managment
Managment only cared about the dollar in their pocket. They do not care for their staff. Blame was put on anyone and everyone but the director and it was easy to be blamed for something
Short staffing!
Managament and employees are both unprofessional. If you're a CNA you will be overworked and underappreciated. Expect very short staffing!!! If you're going to work per-diem you will get paid a little more than full time employees, but the con is that most of the time you won't get bonuses or rewards.
Disrespctful and uncomfortable
Managment did not listen to CNAs really. Only if you were a certain person. They did not tell truths about things. They lied on me. I did not like it.
None
Not a good company to work for management is terrible no room to advance. Environment is Negative I wouldn't send any family to this facility. Always making mistakes on people checks
Poor work life balance. Residents are well cared for by staff
Staff cares for the residents. Corporate does not care about their employees. Supervisors are used to cover open shifts and most roles work short. DNS was expected to cover the openings in any nursing role when staffing standard not met.

Cna
It's not a bad place to work all well what little we have try our best to help one another. We are very under paid I feel for the long hours and the amount of work we have to do
Terrible
Don’t work at Apple rehab coccomo unless you want to be retaliated against for standing up for yourself. The DNS, ADNS and other admin staff are rude and not at all helpful. The patient to CNA ratio is horrendous. Constant turn over of staff due to being treated so bad.
Understaffed and underpaid
The residents are lovely and f there was proper staffing I'd have nothing bad to say, but you'll walk in every day to understaffing. Very stressful on a daily basis, and not fair to the residents. They hire quickly though so if you need to get a job as a cna quick it may be a good option.
Non supportive environment with no incentives
Unsupportive management that know next to nothing about long term residents or short term rehabbers. Short handed quite often sometimes to the point where we are below state staffing regulations. No incentives to stay as a full time or even part time employee. Most of the nursing staff is per diem because opportunities and PAY is better elsewhere.
Not a big fan
Management is changed every couple of months, coworkers are catty, patients don’t get the adequate care they need. The place is a MESS. People would get fired and accused of things without a just investigation. Terrible company
